This website refuses unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on its pages by using automated
email-collecting programs or any other technical means. Violation of this policy is subject to criminal
punishment under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and
Information Protection.
Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
- No one shall collect email addresses by using an automatic email address collecting program or other
technical devices from a website where the operator or manager has explicitly refused such collection.
- No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).
- No one shall use, for the purpose of transmitting information, email addresses collected, sold, or
distributed in violation of paragraphs (1) and (2), while being aware of such violation.
